Job Summary

This position provides technical support during the implant of the remed? System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

* Provide technical support during implant of the remed? System

* Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center

* Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration

* Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process

* Support therapy optimization of the remed? System during overnight sleep studies

* Train new customers to use the remed? System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming

* Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule

* Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities

* Provide remote technical support during scheduled "on-call" duties

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required

* 2 years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience required

* IBHRE certification Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate

* Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary

Travel Requirements

* Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
