Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports the development of Capital Rx’s autonomous pharmacy and therapeutics functions
• Interpret fiscal and operational needs to support Capital Rx’s business goals
• Creates financial modeling to identify opportunities for rebate optimization and lowest net cost strategies
• Works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to develops strategies and identifies opportunities for new or enhanced financial opportunities related to drugs/drug classes
• Creates and implements metrics and supports performance measures to establish rebate performance objectives
• Implements new processes and best practices related to formulary and rebate optimization
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for the adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in managed health care or pharmacy benefit management
• Experience performing analyses on medical and pharmacy claims to identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Knowledge of data management and modeling
• Skilled in Excel
• Proven ability to work well and collaboratively, with multiple teams or departments for business growth or profitability goals
• Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
• High attention to detail and a self-starter
• Commitment to delivering high quality work product

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree, preferred
• Experience with contracting negotiations, strategy development and contract redlining experience, preferred

Base Salary: $85,000 - $115,000
