Job Summary
As a key member of the ExpertCare Service Marketing team, you will create visually compelling designs across various mediums to help drive the ExpertCare Service brand. This role support service, technical training, marketing initiatives across direct and indirect markets, and internal customers. The role requires an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate through design.
Essential Functions

• Design Service customer newsletters catering to EMS/Hospital/military markets, ensuring content is visually engaging and aligns with brand guidelines.

• Partner with Service Marketing team to create social media posts and email campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and promotions to target audience.

• Create visually appealing layouts for service manuals and technical bulletins, making complex information easy to understand and visually engaging.

• Through partnership with inside creative team design graphics and promotional materials ensuring our brand stands out and effectively communicates our message

• Direct international photo shoots to capture compelling imagery for various marketing materials (direct/indirect markets).

• Develop global internal service communications and promotions, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate messaging.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required

• 8 years or more of proven experience in graphic design required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience in directing photoshoots and video production a plus

• Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in graphic design

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing a range of design across different mediums.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience collaborating with digital and design teams required
