THE ROLE

As a Technical Analyst you will apply a hybrid of Account Management and Analytics skills while being a SME to client helping to answer campaign, analytics and platform specific questions By applying your technical skills, analytical mindset, and product intuition to one of the richest data sets in the world, you will help define the experiences we build for billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses around the world. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a unique blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, and a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape. As a key liaison between our clients and our technical teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our programmatic advertising solutions are seamlessly integrated and optimized to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for our programmatic clients, providing high-level support and guidance.
  • Understand client objectives and collaborate with the Account Management and Analytics teams to tailor programmatic solutions that meet these goals.
  • Apply a hybrid of Account Management and Analytics skills while being a SME to client helping to answer campaign, analytics and platform specific questions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programmatic campaigns, ad serving, and integration with client platforms.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses and optimizations of client campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations.
  • Responsible for management and growth of company revenue within Agency Holding Companies and Agencies
  • Partnering with Agency Strategy teams and helped advise on digital advertising strategy through all programmatic channels; Display, OLV, CTV and social media channels

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical account management or technical support role within the programmatic advertising industry.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex digital advertising technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A great communicator who is able to convey complex technical features in simple terms.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize among several high-profile clients.
  • Have a high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing
  • Enthusiastic team player with a penchant for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00, depending on location and experience.
