Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, and stocking
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or retail management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
