Having eFiled 20M tax forms to-date, Zenwork’s SaaS platform is focused on streamlining tax compliance and regulatory reporting on behalf of its customers.
Job Overview Zenwork is seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Tax1099 sales team.
This position will report to the VP of Sales will be responsible for generating new leads and qualifying them to become potential customers for our sales team.
You will work closely with our Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and help drive revenue growth for the company.
Location Our preference is for this position to be in Dallas, TX or Fayetteville, AR, though we are willing to consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate.
Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone). Key Responsibilities : Conduct research to identify new prospects and generate leads using various tools and resources, including social media, online directories, and databases.
Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to assess their interest in our products and services.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer needs and preferences.
Requirements 1-3 years as an SDR with relevant enterprise SaaS experience and a track record of achieving / exceeding quota.
Success with market research and sales prospecting. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and constantly improve.
Ability to adapt to new situations quickly. Genuine and charismatic personality. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce .
Preferences Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Finance or related fields preferred. Some knowledge of IRS 1099 Forms.
