Position Responsibilities by Phase:
  • Phase 1: Prospecting and Customer Experience
    • Ignite and maintain a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) both in the field and office.
    • Embark on solo assignments to storm-affected areas, pioneering prospecting and inspiring cold calls.
    • Undertake property inspections using second to none high-tech instruments to document damage.
    • Lead property owners through the insurance claim process, securing win win agreements.
    • Mastering this phase adds approximately 33% of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions to your personal bottom line.
  • Phase 2: Scope and Contract Mastery
    • Encounter insurance adjusters and craft a commanding scope of damage.
    • Collaborate with adjusters, creating a line-item estimate using powerful estimating software.
    • Formally shape contracts with property owners using a prominent set of build Contracts.
    • Your efforts contribute about 33% of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions to your financial journey.
  • Phase 3: Profit Maximization and Production Success
    • Execute estimating and supplementing techniques like a seasoned expert.
    • Support our production team when needed, securing winning change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Assist the accounts receivable department, ensuring successful collection of payments.
    • Help us maintain our strong financial foundation, ensuring each job's profit margin surpasses 30%.
    • This phase contributes approximately 33% of the weighted average of Company Sales Commissions to your life changing venture.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Search out accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.
  • Participate in inspiring company meetings, sales summits, and industry leading training sessions.
  • Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform as your secret weapon for success.
  • Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
  • Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
  • Advance alongside us in our relentless pursuit for company distinction, achieving a minimum of $100,000 in monthly contracted sales.
Qualifications:
  • A have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience will supercharge your launch.
  • Knowledge of roofing or construction is a game changing combination preferred but not required.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills will propel you too new heights.
  • A self-starter with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • A positive attitude and unwavering commitment to our mission and values.
  • Able to attend training academy in Omaha, NE May 5 through May 10th. Expenses made. 
    • Start date ranging from April 22 to May 5. 
Work Environment:You'll be a modern-day entrepreneur, tackling on-site projects and office-related ventures. Occasionally, you'll climb ladders to residential and commercial roofs all in the name of delivering world class customer service. Your continued successes will be reported to the Executive Staff of Mighty Dog Roofing Portland West.Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:This is a full-time position, but expect a need for flexibility beyond the typical '9 to 5' hours given this is an opportunity to build an extraordinary sales business.
