- a strong Oracle ERP Technical Project Manager who has run Oracle related initiatives before
- we have multiple small finance related initiatives involving

Tax, EPM , Advanced Collections, Large Enhancements / Optimization .

Most of these are vendor led or contractor led . We need a TPM on our side to manage these initiatives, provide regular status to senior level executives,
- We will need the TPM to be hands on Jira and Confluence, Excel / Google sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to capture minutes of meetings, proactively follow through on action items and report key issues and risks to our leadership on a timely basis.
- Some understanding of Oracle or SAP ERP to be able to relate the issues and risks
- Not just a task master but someone who takes time to understand the issues and risks and able to articulate in a concise manner
