Title: (Global Business Equity) Program Manager VStart Date: June 10, 2024Length of Contract: 6 monthsLocation: US - NY - New York - On-site, hybrid 3 days in officeCandidate Value Proposition:The ideal candidate will be contributing great work in a business equity space and working with lots of internal cross-functional teams. The role will include narrative execution to planning events. The individual will be working with the Sales team on invites to events and work with internal and external stakeholders. There are weekly or biweekly one-on-one meetings and the team is very supportive of one another! The individual will have the opportunity to work on things they are passionate about, with large clients and industry partners, on equity issues. There is an opportunity to reach growing markets of various areas. This individual will be doing positive work for underserved communities!Team Culture / Work Environment:The team is very different from a lot of traditional companies - there is more flexibility and independence! It is a very positive environment to work in with a balance of both independent and collaborative work.Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Project Management: Develop and execute program and initiative timelines that ensure timely progress across work-streams Proactively manage contingencies to programs and initiatives when necessary inclusive of stakeholder communications, adjustments to timelines and XFN expectations Payment and Budget Management: According to client process construct contracts, open purchase orders, gain the appropriate legal and regulatory approval and manage the proper pacing of budget spend. Maintain follow-up when deadlines are surpassed and manage escalations when necessary Meeting and Presentation Prep: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, take notes and issue follow-ups across internal and external stakeholder meetings. Manage version control and create a meaningful folder structure for easy access to materials across teams Process Development and Optimization: Develop process and implementation plans in partnership with other global marketing functions. Identify process automation opportunities, and translate into established processes, resources and/or roadmaps that lead to effectiveness Evangelize Resources: Build decision-making frameworks, scalable resources and manage deliverables for external and internal XFN teams. Drive XFN integration to ensure each team has education, access and opportunity to leverage the published rescues KPI Tracking: Design and maintain tools as well as a reporting cadence to track the regional engagements across internal and external programming. Responsible for convening regional leads to populate this data as well as the escalation of recommendations based on the dataMust-Have Skills: 8 years of experience with project management, strategy development, consulting and operations Experience woking in Ad agency (similar work) Experience working directly with global markets as well as people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, both inside and outside of a company Leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups, locations and vendors Demonstrated knowledge of internationalization and localization standards and best practices Experience with building presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides and compiling briefing materials Ability to learn process and execution within Client compliancePerformance Measurement:Performance will be measured based on completing tasks across the teams.Nice-to-Have Skills: Former Meta experience Project Management experience (building decks and presentations, if needed)Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Experience working independently with minimum supervision Collaborative - must be able to work with othersEducational Requirements: BA / BS
