Minimum 10 years of sr. database specialist ETL experience.

Facilitate requirements gathering, solution development, and provide ongoing support for diverse data environments in MSSQL/Oracle.

Create end to-end data (CI/CD) pipelines in data environments (Data warehouse).

Design and develop data transformation programming (ETL), data loading, data quality checks, data provisioning, and data information flow in data environments in Azure/AWS (Data warehouse).

Lead streamlining the end-to-end data flow pipeline, by eliminating the redundant Data Lineages their by reducing the time required to develop the full data pipelines.

Serve as the Database Lead for production related issues for existing systems, swiftly addressing issues and implementing solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.

Led and mentored a diverse project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment conducive to achieving project objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to secure necessary resources for project execution, advocating for the allocation of personnel, tools, and technologies as needed

Developed and meticulously tracked project plans and task breakdowns, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones while effectively managing project scope and budget.

Analyze intricate requirements and contribute to the creation of detailed design documents, leveraging technical expertise to address complex challenges and drive solutions.

Proactively identified and managed risks, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the project team to mitigate potential setbacks and optimize project outcomes.

Developed transformation logic and scripts to facilitate data flow downstream for analysis and reporting.

Perform and coordinate data loading / exchange activities (including data exchange with CROs and vendors) and ensure compliance towards agreed data transfer specifications.

Provide support for data structures definitions, monitor quality and standards adherence across studies.

Database performance optimization to enhance data processing efficiency - both On Prem and on cloud platforms.

Migrate On-prem databases in Oracle to AWS/Azure platforms.

Experience working with Datalakes/Data Warehousing solutions.
