Zambezi’s media division, Scale by Zambezi, is seeking a Media Supervisor, Search to join the growing team. Scale is a modern media practice that believes in creative media backed by data. Candidate must be located within the greater Los Angeles area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead applicable Client relationship(s)
• Lead an audit of a client’s search campaign and provide a POV on Paid Search strategy, testing methodology and roadmap for client(s)
• Build out analytics and reporting and make recommendations on KPIs (ROAS, LTV, MQLs, etc)
• Launch PPC profiles on Google AdWords, and Yahoo, Bing and other search sites
• Optimize and manage and retain keyword list updates
• Guide clients through back-end Analytics set-up
• Collaborate across agency teams, specifically media strategy team leads
• Support Biz Dev with relevant new business opportunities and relevant pitches and presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• 4 years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising of search and/or shoppable for high growth/start-up ecosystems within an agency/client environment
• Experience across search platforms (Google Ad Words, Bing, Yahoo, Kenshoo)
• Experience with Analytics including Google Analytics and Adobe etc
• Shopping marketing knowledge (Amazon, Walmart, Target) a big plus
• Familiar with industry planning tools such as ComScore, Kantar or Adviews, AdRelevance or Pathmatics, and MRI/Simmons/Scarborough data
• Expert working experience Google suite, Excel, Powerpoint
• Understanding of performance marketing and the use of search platforms for results
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly
• Experience within Google Suite, Excel and Powerpoint programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter, able to work with a high level of autonomy

The salary range for this position is $80-95K. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications in relation to the job description and the actual job duties of the role. In addition to salary, we also offer comprehensive benefits (covering 100% medical, dental, vision and offer open PTO, and more).
