Integro Professional Services, LLC is Hiring an Automotive Detail Operations Director Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Summary:

The Automotive Detail Operations Director position is responsible for managing and directing all activities associated with the processing, quality, and efficiency of the automotive detail operations across the network. Working with regional and location management, this position plans, directs, manages and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in processing methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions; while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest standard.

We are looking for an Automotive Detail Operations Director to join our team! This individual needs to be highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and oversee multiple locations. Applicants must reside in the South Florida area.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with Regional and Site Management to ensure day-to-day operations are being managed in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines are being upheld and, if necessary, takes appropriate actions and measures to rectify quality issues.
  • Drives quality and exceptional customer service standards while ensuring all management is distributing work in a fair and balanced manner.
  • Assist in creating, standardizing, and deployment of processes, protocols, and standards relating to location efficiency, cleanliness, processing, and setup.
  • Master all product knowledge, proper usage, and product demonstration tactics.
  • Promotes a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing and enforcing safety policies while ensuring each location operates in compliance with all OSHA requirements, applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participates in developing and implementing a strategic plan that supports the organizations vision and goals; translates the strategic plan to staff to ensure support; and modifies the plan in response to changing internal and external factors.
  • Builds and maintains a departmental structure, operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Develops, trains, and implements a talent plan to ensure the right people are in the right position and in the right place at the right time to meet Company goals.
  • Coaching and developing talent to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to improve in all areas continuously.
  • Manages regional and location management performance by establishing clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring timely feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.
  • Create goals and objectives for locations, which include processing objectives and labor budgets.
  • Manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provides regular progress reports to the executive team.
  • Other duties and responsibilities can be assigned based on company needs and skill level.

  • Pass drug screening and background check.

Compensation Potential: $90,000 - $175,000 yearly
