Job Details
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, R&D include:
- Manage your team in performing large scale cell production
- Supervising personnel, equipment, and schedules regarding cell culture activities
- Execute process development to improve upscaling cell production with GMP process in mind
- Support management with providing tech transfer to manufacturing department
- Bring the data to your team, peers, and department leaders
- Provide with information relevant to fillings to cell culture, process characterization data, and safety of produced cellular materials
- Bachelor's Degree in biomedical sciences and cell biology with 10 years of experience in cell culture, upscale cell manufacturing, pilot plant, tissue engineering
- Master's Degree in biomedical sciences and cell biology with 10 years of experience in cell culture, upscale cell manufacturing, pilot plant, tissue engineering
- PhD in biomedical sciences and cell biology with 10 years of experience in cell culture, upscale cell manufacturing, pilot plant, tissue engineering
- Experience with GMP regarding QMS for 5 years
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 annually *Depending on experience*
- Full Benefits: Employer-Paid Health, Dental, and Vision, 401K, 20% annual stock
