Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
- Leading analyst to ensure smooth operations of the application, maintaining system health and functionality.
- Define and manage processes ensuring adherence while delivering quality customer service.
- Compile regular metrics demonstrating system availability, functionality, and accuracy.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team
- Experience using Microsoft Azure Technologies
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of healthcare data types, including HL7 specifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 **depending on experience**
