Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Manager Near Petersburg, FL

Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position:  Seeking an Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of the Pinellas County program.

  • The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing, maintains confidential client record and personnel records.
  • Individual must work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
  • Applicants should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Should have the ability work well with others, is friendly and have an outgoing personality

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate Degree is preferred.

  • Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will evaluated upon interview.
  • Some understanding of insurance and third party billing is helpful.

Bi-Lingual /Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
