We are seeking a driven Inbound Sales Agent to join our You Move Me team and work closely with our businesses and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and deliver best-in-class customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Monitor agents and customer inquiries during the evenings and weekends
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing, services, and availability
• Schedule and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their move was successful and address any concerns they may have
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that moves are scheduled and executed smoothly

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,166.34 per year
