Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients from provided lists to introduce them to Bug Boys Pest Control services. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control solutions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest pest control trends and services. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. Document and track all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with potential clients as needed. Work collaboratively with the team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational and time-management abilities. -Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote setting. Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer. - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets
- Experience in business development or software/technology sales is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus -High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or sales-related training is a plus.
