Job No: 496386 Work Type: Staff Full-time Department: Athletics Location: Beren Campus, 245 Lexington Avenue, NY, NY Categories: Athletics/Coaching Position Summary: Work closely with the Director and Associate Director of Athletics in the day-to-day operation and administration of the athletics department. Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for ordering team uniforms, practice gear, spirit pack and coaches gear
Uniform distribution and retrieval
Creating graphics and fliers for social media, team tryouts and upcoming events
Administrative tasks, including creating job requisitions using the PageUp platform, and processing invoices through the MaccaBuy system
Working with the head athletic trainers to oversee rehabilitation and recovery of student-athletes
Game contracts
Home event management
Oversee web store and on-campus merchandise sales
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
Experience & Education Background:
Certified athletic training and/or physical therapy degree
Skills & Competencies:
The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
Someone who can work effectively as part of a team
Someone who takes a mature and logical approach to problem solving
Ability to work nights and weekends
