A Brief Overview

The Manager Facilities will oversee operations, production and vendors and perform management functions at venues. The Manager Facilities will be responsible for management and scheduling for vendors, production staff and merch program, as well as working with the General Manager to ensure all event needs are met. This position will work closely with staff to provide a high-level customer service to ensure a friendly, safe environment at all events, and work with operations team on developing policies and procedures, assist with planning and cost estimates. Additionally, the Manager Facilities will handle daily administration, oversee equipment and supplies inventory, and provide input on venue improvements.

What you will do

* Oversee all Third-Party Vendors and Contractors, including managing RFPs, Contracting, Scheduling, Billing, COIs, and day-to-day coordination, to ensure agreements are met with the highest standards.

* Conduct ongoing reviews of budgeting and staffing plans for Vendors, Production and Maintenance Crew

* Create and implement policies and procedures regarding facility operations with a focus on the efficiency and safety of operations. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for operational functions of the venue.

* Manage budgeting, ordering and inventory for facility supplies. Source competitive bids from vendors.

* Oversee Merchandising Program, including contract management, vendor relations, inventory and sales tracking, and royalty calculations.

* Manage Production and Facilities projects including signage updates, CapEx projects, as well as Community Relations programs

* Other Special Projects as assigned

Education Qualifications

* BA/BS Degree (4-year) In Business Management or related field

Experience Qualifications

* 4-6 years Of related work experience

* Previous experience managing private and concert events

* Experience in venue and events operation, tours, including artist communication and settlements

* Music industry and live music experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

* Computer savvy and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Previous management experience and strong leadership skills

* Strong organizational/ project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work load

* Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications (ALL)

* BA/BS Degree (4-year) In Business Management or related field

* 4-6 years Of related work experience

* Previous experience managing private and concert events

Pay Scale: $64,849.00 - $88,429.00
