Responsibilities for this position include assisting in managing projects from pre-construction to closeouts including working with the management of the bid process, analyze drawings, specifications, review proposals, project requirements, coordinate material procurement, ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal and state laws, provide status updates, and maintain documentation records. Responsibilities include material requisition, submittal compilation, purchase orders, subcontracts, change order requests for information, pay application support and close-out documents.

Service Coordinator - Assist with scheduling service work, entering work orders, reviewing invoices, enter billing information, call clients regarding unpaid invoices, material requisition, assist with scheduling the service manpower, answering the phone, inventory management and other miscellaneous duties.

Pay Package:

• Is a full time 40 hour per week position, Monday - Friday.
• Hourly rate depending on Experience.
• Company currently pays for 100% of the Medical Insurance premium through our medical plan with the Eighth District Electrical Benefit Fund
• 401K plan eligible to contribute upon hir with profit sharing and safe harbor match after 12 months service.
• PTO starting at 80 hours accrued over a 1-year period.
• Company pays for performance bonus plan based on company profitability and individual performance.

Education and Experience

• Construction experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and Bluebeam.
• Estimating experience, a plus using Trimble Accubid Suite.
