Job Description
Responsible for creating and sustaining conditions to increase market penetration in the NORTH AMERICA Region. Create new business opportunities in the market and identify potential clients.
Primary contact of the clients in the region, providing overall support, business solutions, brand orientation, products, and services to those clients.
The Business Development role will support the strategy of YellowPepper’s real-time payments team through ownership of critical workstreams including partnerships, pricing, and commercialization.
Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch our RTP services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Required experience:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Years Experience: 8 in commercial areas
• RealTime Payment experience: 4 in the real time payments industry or bank industry.
• Experience developing Business opportunities in the U.S. market.
• Relevant business development experience selling Payment services
• Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
• Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships
Skills - Professional/Technical/Business• Strong relationships with Key contacts in the financial/ bank industry
• Analytical skills (ability to identify tendencies, forecast, etc)
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
Preferred experience:
• Preferred Education: MBA
• Preferred Experience: Experience working in a Fintech or Startup company.
