Position requirements
2 years experience with multi-family Property Management, preferably in Class A, Luxury and New Construction. This is a perfect role for a seasoned Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager looking to move-up or grow in their career. Leasing experience required, Lease-up experience preferred. Position summary
We are seeking a Property Manager who will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a boutique new construction property in the Twin Cities. You will work collectively with the Leasing & Marketing Director and the Regional Portfolio Director to identify operational goals, guide staff members, and develop strategic plans for stabilizing the assigned properties.
