Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, heights, and weights.
• Observe clients for changes in physical, emotional, mental and social condition and report promptly to a licensed nurse and/or supervisor
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands or provide transportation if needed
• Prepare meals, purchase food and provide personal assistance with general living needs as needed
• Maintain client’s clothing and closet in a neat and orderly manner
• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and socialization while providing personal care assistance
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications
• Transport clients within the community to other departments and/or functions
• Treat clients with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Valid Driver’s License with an insured automobile
• Accomplished clean criminal background history
• Ability to pass drug tests
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to be trained
