Responsibilities

• Support nurses in providing daily care to patients
• Promote a safe atmosphere through effective communication with patients, relatives, and staff
• Report patients' condition or limitations to doctors or other healthcare providers
• Observe patients for changes in physical, emotional, mental, and social condition and promptly report to a licensed nurse and/or supervisor
• Assist with important daily activities such as personal hygiene, toileting, grooming, bathing, nail care, and oral hygiene
• Help with medication and therapy administration
• Stay updated on patients' diseases, medications, and therapies through patient charts
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times and treat them with dignity and respect

Requirements

• This position is subject to the vaccination requirements
• Current Negative Tb skin test
• With compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
• Clean criminal background record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR/First Aid certified encouraged
• Physical endurance
• Proof of vaccination from the COVID and flu
