Our ideal CNAs should be able to remain calm while working under pressure, assist our senior clients in a timely manner, and maintain the right ethics in dispensing quality, medical care, and support.

Duties

• Encourage socializing and involvement in community events and trips.
• Deliver caring services to a group of assisted living and/or memory care residents, including superior ADL help.
• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene care & mobility in a fast-paced senior living community with varying levels of acuity.
• Provide report to the Nurse or designated charge person at the end of the shift.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents
• Help residents with routine exercises as duly prescribed
• Monitor patient condition closely as well as record important vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to undergo criminal and drug background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Great communication and problem-solving skills 
• Willingness to be trained
