Position Summary
Performs administrative and office support activities for the department director(s) and supervision. Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to answering incoming telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, data entry, and maintaining department files. All responsibilities to be followed through in accordance with applicable YCUA policies and procedures.
