Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests
- Process payments using cash handling procedures or POS system (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Familiarity with culinary terminology and menu items
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
