Inside Sales Support Specialist
Summary
of Functions :
To serve as a liaison between Outside Sales Representatives
and customers. Develop and maintain current customer and new customer
relationships while seeking to grow sales and gross profits through customer
service excellence. An associate in this position must have knowledge of construction
equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, lawnmowers, power washers, etc. is
required. Up selling, probing, talent to build customer relationships,
understanding various Industrial Markets, convention expertise, and clerical
skills are necessary to perform this job. This is a non-exempt level position.

Organizational Relationships :
Reports directly to their designated supervisor. Assists and
coordinates activities with the Outside Sales Representatives and other
managers in the company. Also communicates with Branch Management when
necessary.

The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform
the essential functions of this job. They include frequent
sitting, standing, walking, frequent use of a keyboard and computer monitor.
Talking for extended periods of time. No heavy lifting is expected, exertion (lift / push / pull)
of up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity
for the use of common office equipment. Ability to communicate with customers,
telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.

Work
Environment :
The work place is a professional office environment with semi-casual
dress requirements. You may experience moderate exposure to noise such as
office printers, telephones, and light office traffic. The work environment characteristics described
are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job.
Xtreme Manufacturing produces 16 telehandler models, which are assembled and sold in North America. They also produce E-Z Loader truck beds at their headquarters and assembly facility in Henderson, Nevada.
