Job Title: Technical Inside Sales Representative

Location: Henderson, NV (On-site)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year Commission

Are you passionate about technology and skilled at building lasting client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at meeting sales targets? If so, we're seeking a talented Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Henderson, NV.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hardware and automation control systems market.

  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking to introduce our products and services.

  • Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

  • Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to our sales managers, including preparing sales presentations, generating quotes, and facilitating client communications.

  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical inside sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware and automation control systems is essential.

  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

  • HubSpot Experience: Previous experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software is preferred.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
