Xtreme Homecare is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Bayside, NY
A successful and rapidly growing healthcare company located in Bayside is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.
Essential Duties:
- Stay abreast of employment laws, develop policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal standards
- Run monthly exclusion lists
- Oversee employee relations, manage complaints, and conduct investigations to ensure legal and appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate on recruitment processes, assisting in talent acquisition, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer benefit programs, encourage participation, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Communicate with managers to ensure adherence to proper practices
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in other HR-related tasks as needed
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
