Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join the Rumble Boxing brand. The role will support all growth initiatives within Rumble’s close-knit team by helping to develop marketing campaigns and supporting local studios with the execution and implementation at the local level. A well-rounded Marketing Manager will implement marketing initiatives with local studios, markets, multiple marketing channels (like social media, email, PUSH), and more.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Support studio owners and general managers with studio-level marketing game plans through daily emails, calls and trainings
• Experienced in reporting and evaluating data (performance KPIs) for lead acquisition and retention efforts at the local, DMA and national level, to help make brand decisions. 
• Support Rumble Boxing marketing team (CMO and Marketing Team) in deploying national marketing initiatives and promotions for Rumble Boxing studios.
• Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop marketing promotions including member challenges, retention programs, promotions and class launches.
• Assist in the creative development and copywriting of marketing communications: creative brief, email communications, social media content, point of sale materials, promotional and rollout materials.
• Develop studio-level acquisition strategies on social media, email marketing or guerilla marketing and share best practices with franchisee’s
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism/public relations, or related field preferred.
•  3-5 years of marketing experience in fitness, wellness or franchise-owned brand preferred.
• Experience working with creative teams and external agency partners.
• Experience supporting multiple clients, studios, or stores with a proven track record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and multi-task
• Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.
• Understanding of and passion for fitness.
• Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
