 Objective:  As the Director of Education for Lindora, you will become the education expert with the key responsibilities of establishing streamline protocols and procedures for supporting nurse recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing development of Lindora studio locations. This role will work closely with the brand president, VP of Operations, VP of Sales utilizing the brand-specific training protocols to achieve success. This position will be training all new Lindora nursing staff members on our nutrition program, protocols, standards of care and client coaching responsibilities. Strong background in nutrition and client assessment and patient education preferred.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations of developing and supporting all nursing education related responsibilities and training sessions.
  • Coordination of nurse training session logistics including but not limited to ensuring receipt, localization and readiness to utilize nursing manuals and any relative prepared training tools required for successful training either virtually or in-person.
  • Create a common curriculum and protocol for Nurse Recruiting, Hiring and Training.
  • Leverage online educational programs to deliver pre/during/post training for Educators (may require some development or expansion of existing online materials).
  • Create materials and participate in new Franchise and General Manager onboarding training.
  • Assist with the communications and implementation of new projects and programs to better streamline the Education program and provide strategic support.
  • Host monthly and quarterly education calls to discuss best practices and market adaptation for the development of nurses.
  • Update training manuals and host training for nursing staff at Lindora studio locations. 
  • Continue to develop online education technology as well as develop new technology partnerships.
  • Has a keen eye on medical compliance and works quickly to update any protocols based on the compliance updates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid California Nursing License
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Blood Draw/IV Certification
  • Compact Licensure
  • Open to travel (50%)
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Organization goal oriented
