About the Role:

XO Health is seeking an experienced analyst leader to drive and support the risk business at XO Health. This role will play a critical role in driving the success of our business performance, and how we take on and optimize risk in our suite of products. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of value-based care and risk.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding and optimizing XO Health’s Risk in Value based care contracts.
• Supporting the Pricing and reserving for XO Health’s Risk.
• Preparing the estimated pricing and managing the performance guarantees across clients.
• Leading the process and design of our stop-loss products including the RFP Process.
• Calculating the Performance settlements in our value-based care contracts.
• Coordinating and conducting the actuarial work across vendors and clients.

Experience and Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, business, health care or related field or statistical or actuarial qualifications.
• 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, including medical economics, actuarial informatics, analytics or highly impactful reporting development experience for a health provider, plan or managed care organization.
• Strong working knowledge of health insurance claims and health care delivery models. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to various audiences.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
