**Description**

**About the Role**

Point Pickup Technologies Inc., a leading American last mile delivery platform, is looking for **Performance Support Analysts**; professional, experienced, and courteous customer service and operations specialists to support PPUPs growing driver and client network. Candidates must possess superior phone communication etiquette, be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have an innate sense of urgency and a drive to see projects through to completion. This is a tremendous growth opportunity for the right person!

**Main Responsibilities:**

* The role of the Performance Support Analyst within our Performance Operations Center is best served by a high-energy individual who strives in a fast-paced, competitive yet collaborative team environment.

* Your primary role will be to support the day-to-day delivery operations by troubleshooting and assisting with PPUPs driver base to ensure on-time delivery completion according to PPUP KPIs. Technology-based support role in a data-driven, logistics technology company. Point Pickup is operating with a high volume of deliveries daily for its retail partners.

* You will use our technology-based tools to interact with PPUP Drivers and Shoppers to apply common sense and levy a deep understanding of your teams assigned territory in order to ensure on-time delivery completion.

* Monitoring inbound driver and client escalations and responding in a timely manner with meaningful insights via phone, email and chat support systems.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Being a Team Player is a must!

* Good Intuition along with Strong Interpersonal Skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication Skills

* Excellent English written and verbal comprehension. You will be representing the PPUP brand on the many daily interactions with our retail partners.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* The key to success is thinking preventatively, not reactionarily.

* This is not a remote position candidates will be expected to work from our Stamford, CT office.

* Ability to work with PPUP Performance Center Schedule:

-Working Schedule: PPUP Operates 24/7; Schedule flexibility with some evenings, weekends and holidays (particularly during busy peak seasons).

-Work Week: Sunday to Saturday.

-Workdays: Five Days per week or 40 hours per week.

-Morning and Evening Shifts Available; strong preference for evening and weekend workers.

-Weekends and Holidays as necessary and additional hours during peak seasons.

**Required Education & Experience:**

* Recent College Graduates in Technology, Computer, Business Management, Engineering, Customer Management field.

* Experience in Call Center and/or Customer Support is a plus.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, CRM Software (Kustomer, Ring Central, etc.)

* Experience with and/or Interest in Data Analytics highly desired
