Position Purpose and Objectives

This position of Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team to create digital marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing. Duties include analyzing the success of previous and current marketing campaigns, negotiating with social media influencers and other contractors, and coordinating their actions and marketing strategies with other departments. This position will oversee marketing campaigns from their initial ideation to implementation and eventual completion. These social media, email, and online advertising campaigns can include ads, videos, website content, blog posts, and more.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with content and ecommerce teams.

Essential Job Functions

• Will oversee performance, social and creative team to manage and execute digital email and SMS marketing campaigns for DTC (consumer) and DTP (practitioner) channels and to ensure consistency and optimization
• Create, proof, launch, track, analyze, monitor, and report various outbound marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention objectives
• Analyze and report on campaign performance
• Leverage campaign content, segmentation (personalization), and targeting to improve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates and revenue (content, email templates, landing pages, subject lines, timing, offers, etc.)
• Stays up to date on changes in the digital marketing space and suggests updates accordingly to best serve the objectives of the organization
• Follow the latest trends in digital and email media and keep the company at the forefront of technology
• Ensures that projects, department milestones, and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets
• Adheres to all other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Experience in a number of digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Hubspot, Klavio, SAP, Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.

• Excel in problem-solving and strategizing

• Ability to analyze and interpret sales, website, and social media statistics

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, 2-3 years managing a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,700.00 - $115,200.00 per year
