The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

  • Execute the Unto digital email program including key campaigns like Giving Tuesday and Year End.
  • Ensure the income/expense pro forma annual goals are achieved within budget
  • Execute Emergency Email Appeals as assigned in an expedited process with Development Service and coordinate with the Development team and the Unto Communications team.
  • Edit and write (as needed) digital direct marketing copy to ensure it is on-target for strategy, brand voice, and projected results.
  • Coordinate with the Cru Development Services Team to ensure the creative for each digital campaign maintains brand integrity and applies fundraising best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams and/or departments to stay up to date on Adobe Campaign Standard system capabilities for job tracking, testing, and reporting.
  • Develop, execute, and log digital campaign test results to ensure program relevancy, make improvements, and maximize net income for projects.
  • Prepare quarterly presentations with analysis of previous digital marketing campaigns to evaluate responses and garner test findings to apply to future work.
  • Maintain the master digital job schedule/status spreadsheet.
  • Make timely requests to Development Services for URLs, campaign codes and data selects for digital campaigns
  • Consult with DPS and USDEV to identify potential new donor and new name acquisition opportunities through digital channels. Develop and execute the annual strategy to add new names to the Unto list.
  • Develop strategies to convert new names to new donors to Unto ministry efforts.
  • Create and maintain the schedule for Featured Opportunity banner ads and standard banners on give.cru.org
  • Prepare landing page copy for give.cru.org as well as Unto.com donation pages. Collaborate with the Communications team as needed for pop-ups, emergency buttons, and special giving opportunities on Unto.com.
Experience and Skills:

Bachelors preferred, with a degree in marketing (preferably digital) or related field of study.

3 years experience in development, email marketing, or related field.
