Description

Position Summary:

Bussers assist in steps of guest service, resets tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner. Interacts with the dining room/lounge guests, fellow employees, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Must be able to expedite kitchen tickets.

· Removing & replacing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guest have dined and done eating.

· Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones

· Refilling depleted condiments on the dining table

· Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff is busy.

· Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Back-of-House support staff, servers, managers and chefs.

· Deliver, fill, re-fill water, as requested by guests and/or directed by servers.

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Experience in a high-volume restaurant/ lounge.

· Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
