The Wyndham Garden Norfolk Downtown is looking to hire a part-time night audit with possible additional shifts at a front desk agents if desired.
-The ideal candidate will welcome and register guests with a smile, assign rooms and issue room keys. 
-Responsible for checking out departing guests efficiently and politely, explaining charges if necessary and handling cash transactions and posting guest room charges. 
-Responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and taking messages as well as confirming room reservations. Effectively and professionally address guest issues and complaints. 
Requirements:
-Previous hotel night audit/front desk experience required
-Requires high school math level
-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to effectively communicate with the public and other employees
-Excellent Guest/Customer Service Skills: Must go above and beyond for guests.
-Must have an eye for detail
-Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
-Must have excellent organizational skills.
-Must be able to assign tasks/guest requests to other departments in the hotel, such as Maintenance and Housekeeping and follow-up on such requests to confirm the assigned tasks have been performed.
Rate of Pay: $15 p/h plus incentives. With experience.
