Working with a group of writers, strategists, and designers. Commercial real estate, we're a national team of creatives that work on countrywide marketing for new business development and branding/marketing clients (don't think fliers, sales sheets, business cards, etc. - but splashy digital presentations, motion graphics if interested, layout design for longer format pieces like magazines or RFP responses). We've been responsible for rolling out micro-brands for all of our companies and their sub-brands, which has been really creative and challenging. This role would be onboarded and supervised / mentored by myself (art director), a creative director, and a senior designer.
What does the ideal profile look like?

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of professional design and marketing experience
• Knowledge of both print and digital processes; experience in executing on high-quality deliverables; motivated to bring innovative ideas, technology & processes to the team
• Deliverable/materials examples: marketing campaign materials (eblasts, brochures, social media, etc.); RFPs and pitches; printed new biz materials (magazines, fun fold-outs, or packaged gifts); visual direction for company-wide templates; brand standards guides
• Software/tech: Expertise in Adobe CC-specifically, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (experience in other Adobe CC programs is a plus); Web design & dev (Wix/Squarespace) experience a plus; any other creation tools that could improve team processes
• Qualities: Detail-oriented with the ability to convey concepts, take and implement design direction, and produce polished results; Ability to work both collaboratively in a variety of team environments and independently on various internal & external initiatives; Superior communication and organizational skills (must be skilled in managing their own time and meeting deadlines)
