Envisionit, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Designerto join our growing team. Our clients span a number of industries including Travel & Leisure, CPG and Emerging Tech, and our teams boast many talents across the spectrum of digital. You will work alongside a tight-knit bunch of seriously talented people who genuinely like each other, have fun and work hard for the collective success. We have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan that serves as the perfect setting for collaboration in our hybrid environment (likely 1-2 days in office each week). 

We're looking for a designer interested in both bringing conceptual ideas to the table and being hands-on in design. A creative who can think big and bring ideas to life through boundary-pushing, results-driven design. And someone who finds energy in the ever-changing digital landscape and driving conversions through thoughtful design. 

Here’s a sneak peek of what you’ll do in a typical day:

• Stand-out visual design: Making design memorable for our clients in the digital space, including branding, campaigns, landing destinations, websites, and email 

• Campaign concepting: Lead and collaborate with team members to develop big campaign concepts that can be brought to life through integrated campaigns 

• Collaboration for results: Work closely with creative directors, motion designers, copywriters, production artists, strategists, analysts, developers, and digital channel experts to develop assets that deliver upon our clients’ goals, drive conversions and results 

• Solve problems visually: Turn strategy and data into strong visual executions while collaborating with copywriters to determine ideal hierarchy and messaging for conversion 

• Differentiate our clients: Break our clients out of the sea of sameness by visually evolving their brands to embrace their ownable value props and position them for growth 

• Create intuitive, seamless experiences: Create visual user experiences, design systems, and branded assets for websites (web layouts, page templates, design systems, infographics, etc) that follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and conversion 

• Present work to clients: Share your ideas and design work in client facing presentations, along with rationale and strategy with how you arrived there

• Make an impact: Be proactive and thoughtful in making recommendations to our clients and produce memorable work that’s rewarding and delivers results

What we’re looking for:

• 5 years experience and a solid portfolio of integrated campaign work

• A team player that truly enjoys collaboration and working with people across disciplines 

• A passion for elevating brands and creating high-impact, strong-performing experiences

• The ability to problem solve, think conceptually and deliver creative solutions

• Confidence in presenting work to internal and external stakeholders with solid strategic reasoning

• Someone who is curious, driven, organized, self-motivated, able to keep a cool head and meet deadlines

• Someone who can work with flexibility across design tools that include Adobe Creative Suite and beyond with a willingness to learn new tools, including AI

• Experience in B2B and/or fintech design is a huge plus
