WT Equipment is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Human Resources Department at our Springdale, Arkansas location. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, detail oriented, professional, and have excellent customer service skills. Responsible for confidential administrative tasks and special projects supporting both the Human Resources Manager as well as the Managing Member of WT Equipment.
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports Human Resources department in assisting with posting open positions, helping to review resumes, and scheduling interviews. Assist with local career and job fairs.
Assists with putting together new hire packets for onboarding of new hires.
Record keeping and documenting monthly learning management-based and safety training.
Microsoft office calendar management includes organizing appointments for Managing Member.
Assist with special projects and reports.
General Office Duties to also include sorting, scanning, and filing documents; maintaining a clean work environment; various other miscellaneous administrative duties.
