What You Will Do:

As a Marketing & Communications Manager at WSB, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing and communications strategies and tactics for internal and external audiences. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with internal and external creative resources to build brand awareness, facilitate communications needs and tell the WSB story nationally. You will act as a project manager to successfully deliver marketing and communications initiatives across regions and throughout the company.

Your daily / weekly tasks will include:

• Manage internal communications projects to support corporate communications efforts.
• Manage a wide variety of internal and external corporate marketing needs.
• Develop, plan, and execute corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Content development and strategy support.
• Ensure marketing and communications activities are on brand and align corporate marketing goals.
• Provide strategy and guidance on social media and internal and external websites.
• Participation in strategic and production meetings to ensure effective project management.
• Manage direct reports both in office and remotely.
• Collaborate with leaders across the country to drive business forward.

What You Will Bring:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong project management skills. An ideal candidate has strong writing capabilities and can successfully move projects from beginning to end. A deep understanding of the importance of brand building and management is preferred. Staff management experience preferred. 6 - 10 years of experience in marketing communications is required. A B.A. or B.S. in marketing, advertising, communications, or related curriculum is also required.
