Job Overview

This hands-on position will be the proud owner of all aspects of our local warehouse and order fulfilment. But you’ll be asked to wear more hats than the infield at the Kentucky Derby, so the ability to multi-task is, to put it mildly, pretty darn important.

Scope of Responsibilities

· Be the maestro conducting all shipping and receiving at company HQ.

· Navigate customer systems to download/analyze reports to drive decisions, create ad hoc reports, complete analysis, and effectively communicate findings.

· Ensure compliance with our customers’ supplier, packaging, and shipping requirements.

· Complete vendor setup documentation for new customers.

· Fulfill orders for online sales (Shopify/Amazon/Walmart/etc.).

· Manage ordering of packing materials and determine the most cost-effective options.

· Provide carton markings, barcode information, etc. to our global vendor factories.

· Process orders to external warehouses as needed.

Requirements/Preferences

· Self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment.

· Proficient in Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and complex data analysis required.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Will be open, direct, clear, and kind when communicating and collaborating with colleagues, customers, designers, and brands.

· Ability to receive inventory from loading dock and convey to warehouse; ability to lift/carry boxes weighing up to 60lbs and place on shelving at various heights.

· Black belt in multi-tasking encouraged, but not required, since it’s not a real thing.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
