Job Overview

Help our sales team sell and our product development team develop. You’ll be asked to wear more hats than the infield at the Kentucky Derby, so the ability to multi-task is, to put it mildly, pretty darn important.

Scope of Responsibilities

Work in conjunction with the sales team to deliver an award-worthy customer experience. Bonus points if you can find an awards show for us to actually get that award.

- Complete item & vendor set up in excel and through our customer portals and systems.

- Compile & analyze sales data then distribute sales reports like a Vegas blackjack dealer.

- Coordinate and respond to order inquiries from customers and the sales team.

- Review, verify, and acknowledge customer orders, terms, etc. and advise on order status.

- Prepare sales presentations and coordinate marketing collateral to support sales initiatives.

Support the product development team in the creation of next-gen Wrap-It Storage products.

- Work closely with overseas factories following through on details to bring products to market.

- Create, manage, and update product spec sheets for existing and new products.

Support online sales and email marketing needs and responses.

- Create, manage, and update online product listings on our Shopify site and customer websites.

Special projects as required (which is a fancy way of saying “other stuff we can’t think of right now”).

Requirements/Preferences

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Will be open, direct, clear, and kind when communicating and collaborating with colleagues, customers, designers, and brands.

- Self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment.

- Attention to detail with an aptitude for organization.

- Black belt in multi-tasking encouraged, but not required, since it’s not a real thing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
