As we progress on this journey, we need to develop a strong operational fabric and professionalise how we run IT for WPP. We’re establishing a new Business Operations team, which will deliver new processes and insights to underpin performance, efficiency, and collaboration across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for analysing data models, arriving at logical conclusions, develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes. You’ll also support team in providing MIS reports on frequent intervals which enables in decision making and to make strategic changes in the process.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor Time Sheet process, follow-up on pending time sheet submission and approvals for India GEC.
• Download reports and submit to HR team for payroll and Shift allowance submission.
• Work with the Uhub team for any changes in the tool.
• Support the GEC teams in case of any down time in Time Sheet tool.
• Support in creation of new team, addition of team members within the team.
• Provide MIS and Dashboard for the time sheet process.
• Support creation and standardisation of core operational processes.
• Act as back-up for Travel & Expense process and Workforce Mgmt team.
• Support WFM team in terms of data collation and submission.
• Prepare operations dashboards and circulate to the operation leaders for identifying gaps and fixing it.
• Develop new processes and procedure to enhance operations.
• Work with business teams to implement new process changes.
• Determine effectiveness of new process changes.
• Maintaining repository of all the data related to metrics and processes.

What you'll need:

Qualification Requirements (Desirable)

• Degree or equivalent (i.e. MBA) desirable but not essential
• Overall 3 to 5 years of experience and experience in preparing dashboards and training documents.

Skills / Experience Requirements

• Motivated self-starter with strong MIS and dashboard creation.
• Proven experience as an Operational analyst or similar roles.
• Strategic thinking with strong transformation mindset.
• Develop partnership with other internal groups and business teams to improve the process.
• Strong experience as operations analyst to provide improvement focused projects (Lean / Six-Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Experience in preparing project reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
