Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Ecosystem Optimization: Diligently investigate, analyze, and resolve issues and bugs within Salesforce Sales Cloud and its associated applications, pinpointing root causes and developing effective solutions.
• Solution Development and Implementation: Craft and deploy strategic enhancements and fixes to the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards and best practices.
• Quality Assurance and System Integration: Conduct comprehensive testing of all developed solutions, ensuring their flawless functionality and seamless integration into existing systems.
• Documentation and Knowledge Dissemination: Systematically document all issues, solutions, and processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• System Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor the performance of Salesforce systems, identifying and executing optimizations and enhancements to bolster overall effectiveness.
• Process and Workflow Development: Actively contribute to the refinement and development of operational processes and workflows, ensuring the Tech & Data team operates at peak efficiency.
• Agile Methodology Participation: Engage fully in all team Agile ceremonies, contributing insights and expertise to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications for Success:

• Salesforce Proficiency: A minimum of 4 years' experience with a strong foundation in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization. Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded.
• Agile Methodology: Well-versed in Agile development methodologies with hands-on experience in using JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication Excellence: Proficiency in verbal and written English, capable of effective communication across diverse teams.
• Learning and Development Enthusiasm: Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to continuously learn, upskill, and embrace new challenges.
• Team Collaboration and Independence: Capable of independent thought and action while also thriving in team settings, contributing to collective goals and initiatives.
• Educational Foundation: A related bachelor's degree in fields such as computer science, business management, data science, or applied mathematics is preferred, enriching the role’s operational depth and effectiveness.
• Working Hours: This role would work closely with their counterparts in the North America region, and would require an overlap of 3 to 4 hours in evenings IST with Eastern Standard Time (ideally, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST).
