WOW Logistics is now hiring for a Project Manager!

As a Project Manager you will be a key part of facilitating company-wide improvements and initiatives within the organization. This integral role will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, including: planning/ scope definition, project scheduling, stakeholder communication to drive successful project outcomes, and delivery on time and in budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination and execution of projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews project requirements and charters
  • Drafts statements of work including scope
  • Identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegates responsibilities, and ensures that work is completed as needed
  • Manage expectations of all levels of team members involved with the project
  • Coordinates the work activities including scheduling of cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration
  • Prepares and maintains project plans, including tracking of project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and/or other performance indicators
  • Manage tight deadlines and understand interdependencies between tasks
  • Prepares reports to senior management, clients, or project stakeholders
  • Report and escalate issues and risks to management
  • Assist with the selection, negotiation, and management of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors as related to projects
  • Maintains project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records
  • Understand contractual commitments and the related impact to solution design
  • Inspection of processes and procedures to ensure best practices are adhered to
  • Audit task completion to ensure the definition of “Done” has been met
  • Travel as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years relevant project management experience required; supply chain or IT experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and effectively manage projects, budgets, and timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Smartsheet experience preferred
  • SharePoint experience preferred
  • Microsoft Teams experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a group environment
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a variety of complex issues and demand
  • Self-driven and confident
