Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the restoration process, from initial assessment to final completion
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
- Partner with insurance companies to negotiate settlement amounts and define the scope while adhering to industry standards and building codes
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure safe work practices and adherence to relevant OSHA safety practices for all subordinates
- Ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- This is a full-time position, working 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, averaging 40-50 hours per week. Travel is primarily local, but there may be opportunities to travel for large projects outside of the standard service territory.
- High School Diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent work experience in restoration work
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in construction management, restoration, or related field is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 years with project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
