Construction Project Manager
Badger State Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager for one of our valued clients in the restoration industry. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a client that has a creditable reputation for servicing commercial and residential restoration emergencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property insurance representatives, construction trades, and residential/commercial property owners. They will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of restoration projects, from initial assessment to completion. This requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the restoration process, from initial assessment to final completion
  • Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Partner with insurance companies to negotiate settlement amounts and define the scope while adhering to industry standards and building codes
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure safe work practices and adherence to relevant OSHA safety practices for all subordinates
  • Ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Shift Requirements:
  • This is a full-time position, working 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, averaging 40-50 hours per week. Travel is primarily local, but there may be opportunities to travel for large projects outside of the standard service territory.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent work experience in restoration work
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in construction management, restoration, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 2 years with project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
