- Establish and maintain communication services acrossbusiness units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain thestorage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts,cost proposals and contract supplements.
- Set up project andwork breakdown structures.
- Establish anddocument business processes.
- Track projectbudgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs againstbudgets.
- Predict potentialbudget overruns and offer solutions.
- 5-7 yearsexperience required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in business management,economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
- Previousexperience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel;Enterprise Application experience a plus.
- Knowledge ofbusiness and management principles involved in strategic planning, resourceallocation, and production methods.
