Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
As the sole point of contact many consumers have with our team, a Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in creating advocates for the companies we work with. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in-bound service center, consistent with service and quality standards.
***This is an in office position, must be located within Treasure Valley***
